  • SCOPE: Design-Build 30,000 ft2 DSL3, 4 & 4D Elder Care Facility with 30 Bedrooms
  • DURATION: 2 Years (2024-2026)
  • RESPONSIBILITY: Inception, Detailed Design, Funding securement, Tender, Controls, Quantity Surveys, Contract generation and enforcement, Project controls, project accounting
  • SPECIAL SPECS: Net Zero Building including Solar Panel, Geothermal heating facilities

COMMUNITY CULTURAL LODGE

  • FUNDING: CHRT41
  • OUR ROLE: Project Management Service Provider from vision through to closure
  • BUDGET: $9,500,000
  • SCOPE: Desing Built of a 10,000 ft2 Cultural Community Center with a capacity of 300 people
  • DURATION: 2 Years (2024-2025)
  • RESPONSIBILITY: Inception, Detailed Design, Funding securement, Tender, Controls, Quantity Surveys, Contract generation and enforcement, Project controls, project accounting
  • SPECIAL SPECS: Net Zero Building including Solar Panel, Geothermal heating facilities
  • STATUS: Detailed design, construction start April 2025

NET ZERO SUBDIVISION

  • FUNDING: requested through ISC (Under Review & Approval)
  • OUR ROLE: Project Management Service Provider from vision through to closure
  • BUDGET: $7,500,000 (Estimate).
  • SCOPE: Design Built of a community that will house 10 homes and 1 central hub.
  • DURATION: 2 Years (2025-2026)
  • RESPONSIBILITY: Inception, Detailed Design, Funding securement, Tender, Controls, Quantity Surveys, Contract generation and enforcement, Project controls, project accounting
  • SPECIAL SPECS: Net Zero Building including Solar Panelling, Geothermal heating facilities.
  • STATUS: Detailed design, construction start April 2025

TRANSITION HOME

  • FUNDING: requested through ISC (Under Review & Approval)
  • OUR ROLE: Project Management Service Provider from vision through to closure
  • BUDGET: $3,100,000 on in assumption of 7185 ft2 (Estimate).
  • SCOPE: Design Build of a 12 private one bedroom with bathrooms and kitchenets, 1-storey hub with a activity room and a central kitchen for educational and Cultural events.
  • DURATION: 2 Years (2024-2025)
  • RESPONSIBILITY: Inception, Detailed Design, Funding securement, Tender, Controls, Quantity Surveys, Contract generation and enforcement, project controls, project accounting.
  • SPECIAL SPECS: Net Zero Building including Solar Panel, Geothermal heating facilities

PALLET WAREHOUSE

  • OUR ROLE: Project Management Service Provider
  • BUDGET: $9,800,000
  • SCOPE: The New Barrel Pallet Warehouse Project was initiated to build a state-of-the-art facility for barrel storage. IPECC managed the project from inception to completion, ensuring every phase was executed efficiently. The project focused on constructing the warehouse on schedule, within the allocated budget, and meeting all quality expectations. Through careful planning and coordination, IPECC delivered a high-quality facility that supports optimized storage, helping streamline operations and meet future growth needs.
